FactLens Pro is a one-time digital purchase. Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase, subject to this policy and any rights provided by applicable law.
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Requests received after that period may be considered when required by law or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
A refund may be approved when:
Submit your request through the FactLens support page, choose the Billing category, and include the email used at checkout, your Paddle transaction or receipt number, and a brief explanation. We may request additional information needed to locate and review the purchase.
Payments and approved refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Once approved, the time required for funds to appear depends on your payment method and financial institution.
When a purchase is refunded, the related FactLens Pro access may be withdrawn.
FactLens Pro is currently sold as a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.
This policy covers only the FactLens Pro purchase. Charges from third-party AI, transcription, search, hosting, or API providers must be addressed with the provider that issued the charge.
This policy does not limit any statutory rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where local law provides additional cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights, those rights continue to apply.
